1.Booking and Payments

• Guests can request an offer through our website. Once requested, we will send a formal offer via email.
• Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Once a guest accepts the offer and completes the payment, the price is locked.
• Full payment (or a deposit, if applicable) must be made as per the terms stated in the offer email.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made up to 6 weeks before check-in will receive a full/partial refund.
• No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must respect the property and adhere to house rules.
• Any damages caused by guests will be their responsibility and may be charged accordingly.
• The number of guests must not exceed the booking confirmation.

4. Liability

• We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during your stay.
• Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
