This villa is perfect for a family holiday or a stay with two families. With two fully equipped floors, each featuring its own kitchen, living room, bathroom(s), and three bedrooms, everyone can enjoy privacy and comfort. Each floor also has its own entrance. The villa is situated on a spacious 3,600 m² plot and includes a carport for two cars, as well as a driveway with additional parking space. For maximum comfort, the villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and living areas. In winter, underfloor heating ensures a cozy temperature throughout the house. Of course, there is WiFi throughout the property, and both living rooms have a TV.

Family friendly
The villa has a large swimming pool with a shallow end, as well as a fenced sports field with goals. The garden is fully enclosed with a wall, a gate and a large gate, making it a safe and spacious play area. In addition, there is a cot and a high chair. In most bedrooms there is enough space to add a cot.

Our 15.5 x 5 metre swimming pool is perfect for both swimming laps and a refreshing dip on warm summer days. In the evening, the atmospheric lighting creates a magical ambiance. Around the pool you will find a spacious terrace with more than enough comfortable sun loungers and parasols. Right next to the pool is our spacious pool house, where you can relax in the shade with a refreshing drink. It also has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a large dining table for 14 people - ideal for cozy dinners in the open air.
